Blackberry down the toilet!
Well, we've seen many strange things but recently a client in Bentleigh had me remove a blackberry mobile telephone from her toilet.
We really felt sorry for her because the thing was ruined and she had a lot of photos of her children on it.
Two lessons here:
1) Backup your mobile phone frequently
2) Don't drop it ion the toilet.

Plumbing always involves a fair amount of digging, but the hole we had to dig recently in South Melbourne - 12 feet - is a bit of a personal record. I think we moved about 3 tonnes of dirt to set up this storm water drain.
